Description:
  • Install and configure computer systems remotely
  • Monitor and service computer systems and networks
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot computers, devices, network problems and software faults
  • Promptly answer support related emails, phone calls and other electronic communications
  • Support new applications and setting up of new users.
  • 'How to' support for standard applications
  • Establish positive relationships with customers
Requirements:
  • Interest in technology
  • Windows 7/Vista/Windows XP/Mac
  • Great reading and writing in English
  • Good English speaking
