Description:
  • Contact customers over the telephone in order to make courtesy calls and open new opportunities.
  • Explain products and answer customer questions over the phone, via e-mail and over the Internet.
  • Achieve target sales, personally and group.
  • Call potential customers and turn them into customers.
  • Earn bonus commissionson sales.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in an outbound call centre is a must – preferably as a shift leader
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Vibrant personality
  • People person
  • Great command of the English language – almost native speaker
  • Ability to learn
  • Ability to understand and pay attention to what other people are saying
  • Ability to build a relationship with people on the phone
  • Taking the time to understand points being made and asking appropriate questions
  • Come up with answers and solutions â€کon the fly’ to satisfy customers
  • Ability to convey information effectively.
